There are very few shopping apps out there designed to elevate the shopping experience for men. This company has filled a need that few have been able to do. Kinda a mix between J Crew and urban outfitters. Great, quality product with a wonderful support team. Sizes run on the slim side, but lets face it; everything seems to run slim these days.

I love their cloths but the App never functions properly. You will have to start over a lot and even when I try to buy something it constantly tells me my cart is empty. I look at items on the App but I can only complete a purchase through the browser.

Great app. Great store. Prices are a little bit too high though.

Ok so the app has its glitches. There are times when your elevate account wont log in, and accessing a crate sometimes is difficult. But the messaging system and the support you receive is first class. Im not a lonely guy, but these guys are like a friend you dont really talk to, its just a treat every time you do. Thanks guys youve got the spirit.

This is no critique on the shop itself, but the fact that I cant even get past the loading screen is a problem. It was bad enough that the promo codes would only work on the store app, but now the app wont open at all. Its like theyre throwing backwards compatibility out the window!

Frank and Oak and Bonobos are my go to for clothes. Frank and Oak win out a lot of the time because the app is so easy to use. My info is all stored and win the new seasonal line comes out I am inevitably adding things to the cart.

I have been a fan of Frank & Oak for a couple years so seeing a mobile app from them was a welcomed addition. It is very clean and smooth, exactly what I have come to expect from F&O. Keep up the good work and keep the new threads coming!

F&O make it dead simple to look good and feel comfortable. I appreciate that their clothes are cut consistently so when I can be confident my orders will fit when I cant get to a bricks-and-mortar store. This app is smooth and tidy, making things easier. Keep it up!

First of all, the value and quality of the brand is good, not everything Ive tried has fit perfectly, but most has and the customer service has been great! The app is good, better than the past versions, and overall clean and intuitive.

Im 510, 150-160lbs, and Ive had no issues with their small size tops/jackets and 30-32 pants thus far. Probably have purchased in the range of 10-15 items over 3yrs, and customer service has been nothing but prompt and courteous in their response. Regardless of whatever kind of membership you have, you can pretty much buy things on your own schedule and return what theyve mailed to you that you found not to fit. Overall Ive kept more of their pants than their shirts/sweaters...and be mindful that their ties are on the skinny end. As a last caveat, I havent found as many things in their catalogue to my liking as I first did in 2013; maybe thats a little of me, a little of them.

Customer service is responsive in app. Layout is easy and close to the website. Love it!

I could tell you there are great deals. Or I could tell you that the app is easy to use but that is overshadowed by one simple thing. You can buy clothes here. Like, the kind that you wear and think "Im sexy af in this. Let me just buy a few more." Next thing you know youre on the cover of Small Business Monthly, and you dont even own a business. You just look like you do.
