Ive been a F&O customer since the early days. The clothes are well made and fit awesome. Love diving in the app for a quick look at monthly collections. Only wish is theyd add the tall shop to the app instead of just the website.

Frank and Oak have consistently stepped up their game since I joined the hunt club close to 2 yrs ago. There commitment to quality products, style innovation, excellent fit/tailoring and exceptional customer service has kept me coming back every month for new products. Recently, I had called customer service as I had missed a promotional credit that expired while I was out of town. The customer service representative I spoke to honored this past expired credit and allowed me to receive a discount on my new clothes. They did not have to do this! I am always thankful for the incredible service. It is amazing to see this wonderful company grow each and every month. I am a full time musician and I play almost every night in front of audiences throughout Philadelphia and the surrounding east coast cities. I take pride in my image. I do it for the people watching, respect to the music and myself. Frank and oaks clothing has become a part of my image that I value and take seriously. It pays off to be well dressed. Excellent app. Works fine and has cool stuff in it. I found the prices a little high. But this is only me. I wish i had money to buy it all :) maybe someday. For now im using also jack threads which is same cool but cheaper. Keep up the good work, guys. And i will keep my eye on the sales lol :)

Ive been buying clothes from frank and oak for a year or so. Now the app makes it even easier. I do not use the "stylist" option I just buy what interests me. The quality is great, prices are moderate, and now I can spend money on clothes right from my phone!

It keeps saying that I dont have Internet connection but I do.

Would be really nice to see the app optimized for iPhone 6 as well as a search bar.

This app is absolute garbage - just use their website instead. I love their stuff online.

Cant tap on the order tracking number to actually track the order. Usability 101 fail.

Ive been with Frank & Oak from their humble beginnings, and the release of this app is just another one of their many successes I have had the pleasure to witness. Like everything else they do, this app is refined, functional, and beautifully simple. If you shop F&O with any regularity, or if youre just discovering them, I highly recommend downloading this app.

Everything is zoomed in on the app and it hasnt been updated for the 6+. Wish there was search functionality. Wish you could click on order products and go to product page. Wish it was easier to navigate, takes forever to go through and find exactly what youre looking for. Also, whats the deal with the app logo? Ive never seen that icon anywhere on the desktop site. Kinda random. So app is extremely disappointing but the service and clothes are amazing. Thats the only reason they get 2 stars.

I joined the hunt club 2 years ago and have received nothing but the best quality clothes. I do most of my ordering off the mobile app which is clean and simple to use!

Most of my clothes are from here. They really have everything a man will ever need clothes wise.
