I had the old Frank and Oak app. This one is much better. Easy to navigate. Quick movement between pages. Excellent visuals which you want when buying clothes.

Seamless and simple. I dont usually rate apps but really impressed. Would only change one thing: ability to edit cart at check out. Not having to go back & then re-enter info would be fab.

This is such a beautifully designed clean app, you sort of expect it to have apple pay. But it doesnt. I just abandoned a cart because I couldnt be bothered to enter shipping and billing information.

Filling my billing information when I need to put country I cant choose Canada. But I ordered online to Canada from desktop version of website. Mobile web page also doesnt support Canada or US.

No complaints. Significantly better than the regular experience through a web browser

I love this application. Its user friendly and I like chatting with the stylist. They answer very quick! Since I have this application, I think my boyfriends wardrobe got bigger. :S
