Love the new chat feature to get immediate customer service and help - thats the biggest change for me. Picking out clothes has always been an issue for me so Im interested in trying out their style advisors. But, most importantly, I just really like Frank and Oak clothes. They are premium quality...not necessarily the cheapest, but Im not looking for stuff that Im going to just wear once so Im willing to buy high quality stuff, but its not too expensive either. When Ive had to return items, process was very smooth. In terms of improvement, app could be a bit simpler as there are a lot of panels to scroll down through. But, every update seems to have made things more simple and straightforward - at the end of the day, I just want to pick out a few great things that are personalized to me and I know will look good. Keep up the great improvements!

I wanted to try something new because department stores that I frequent would always dig themselves in a rut when it comes to mens wear. We all dont want to look the same! Just because a boy band is trendy doesnt mean all men want to dress like that! First purchase was a suit that I bought in 2014 and the quality, if you take care of it, is still there. So much in fact, its still in my rotation as well as a couple more F&O suits. They got all the bases covered, from basics you can wear day to day, to pieces that you can wear on a night out. If youre dressing to the nines, you can turn some heads. Youll slay all the basics because their mens wear game wont even come close to F&O. Because of this, women can easily pick you out of a crowd if you take advantage of the diversity F&O has in their catalogs. They rotate their catalog monthly, and depending on the theme of the month, youll always find an article of clothing that you can wear effortlessly. Never had any real problems with shipping, just a few nicks on the boxes because of deliveries that got stuck between things. Other than that, F&O takes mens wear and turns it into investments that will always reap with new returns. Either scoring well with the women, or landing an internship because you looked the part. Its up to you to navigate F&O and find yourself.

As a busy working professional and full-time parent, F+O is extremely convenient for me. Great quality, easy shipping, couldnt be happier. I hope to see more product selections in the future.

Great clothing, great brand however the zoom fuction doesnt work well with me. When i hit the corners of the frame the picture resets and it gives me a headache. Because of that i dont use the app that much.The selection is great at a fair price. Unfortunate that i cant enjoy looking at the cloths in detail without getting frustrated.

Its easy to browse, save, and checkout.

I love exploring this app. Always have something new to try.
