Good experience overall

Im 510, 150-160lbs, and Ive had no issues with their small size tops/jackets and 30-32 pants thus far. Probably have purchased in the range of 10-15 items over 3yrs, and customer service has been nothing but prompt and courteous in their response. Regardless of whatever kind of membership you have, you can pretty much buy things on your own schedule and return what theyve mailed to you that you found not to fit.

Overall Ive kept more of their pants than their shirts/sweaters...and be mindful that their ties are on the skinny end. As a last caveat, I havent found as many things in their catalogue to my liking as I first did in 2013; maybe thats a little of me, a little of them.
