The problems are worth the support.

Ok so the app has its glitches. There are times when your elevate account wont log in, and accessing a crate sometimes is difficult. But the messaging system and the support you receive is first class. Im not a lonely guy, but these guys are like a friend you dont really talk to, its just a treat every time you do.
