Been a big fan of Frank & Oak from pretty much the beginning. New app update is awesome, no complaints here. Styles have changed over the years, as they do, but theyve been straying into grungy, hipster-y styles which are not my thing. Future feature wish: -Complete returns, and print label all from the app

I would love removing items from the cart to be easier, but other than that its all good :-)

Shirts should be around 15-20$ Pants should be about 30$ Shoes should be about 50$ Jacket should be around 60-80$ Shirts for 60 $ or more is ridiculous I can goto footlocker or belks and get my clothes cheaper then this . They have great styles everything is over priced

Ordered a wallet, falling apart after 1 month, wasted lots of time, then refused to honor an exchange they offered. (Looks like they have many customers complaining) Ordered a wallet and with one month of use, the back of the wallet has knots and strings hanging out. I contacted customer service (Sarah Haberl) and they offered an exchange, attached a label for me to print and mail the item with. On two separate trips, I took the label to 3 separate post office locations who all rejected it (printing isn’t free either). Contacted customer service again, only to have them send me another label and ask me to print again, and go back to the post office AGAIN. After so much wasted time, they are refusing to send me the exchange. Shop online to save time? Come waste it with Frank and Oak

I dunno. The title sums it up. The app is intuitive and the clothes are on point. Do it. Or not. I dont care too much.

They offer a lot of things many other stores dont. For example, they offer free styling advice and free express shipping for an annual price of $20

Have purchased online before and went by the store while visiting Toronto. Everyone in the store was super nice. Got to try on more items to check fit and bought a great suit at s great price.
