Frank And Oak app good for
The app is quicker, smoother, and much more usable than their mobile site. I would recommend it if you shop with them often.
Absolutely love this store and their app. Great customer service team available 24/7. Orders ship quickly and will be at your door in no time.
The first eCommerce app Ive actually enjoyed using. Slick experience end to end.
The app is seamless and the clothing is amazing. Highly recommend you go shopping here.
Would recommend Frank And Oak to anyone! Great app, clothes and service!
Excellent shopping experience. Superior quality clothing. Great images give you a good idea of what youre buying. Shopping cart is easy to use and edit. The app perfectly compliments the brick & mortar stores opening up all over the place.
Some bad moments
App is terrible to navigate - no easy way to see your cart - chat not working - 2 hour shipping will not come to my area although it shows it will on the map - sales policies and return policies not set out in app.
Shirts should be around 15-20$
Pants should be about 30$
Shoes should be about 50$
Jacket should be around 60-80$
Shirts for 60 $ or more is ridiculous I can goto footlocker or belks and get my clothes cheaper then this .
They have great styles everything is over priced
Ordered a wallet, falling apart after 1 month, wasted lots of time, then refused to honor an exchange they offered. (Looks like they have many customers complaining)
Ordered a wallet and with one month of use, the back of the wallet has knots and strings hanging out. I contacted customer service (Sarah Haberl) and they offered an exchange, attached a label for me to print and mail the item with.
On two separate trips, I took the label to 3 separate post office locations who all rejected it (printing isn’t free either).
Contacted customer service again, only to have them send me another label and ask me to print again, and go back to the post office AGAIN.
After so much wasted time, they are refusing to send me the exchange.
Shop online to save time?
Come waste it with Frank And Oak
I love their cloths but the App never functions properly. You will have to start over a lot and even when I try to buy something it constantly tells me my cart is empty. I look at items on the App but I can only complete a purchase through the browser.
This is no critique on the shop itself, but the fact that I cant even get past the loading screen is a problem. It was bad enough that the promo codes would only work on the store app, but now the app wont open at all. Its like theyre throwing backwards compatibility out the window!
